We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated and performance oriented leaders for following positions to take this bank to a greater height.

Law Officers :

Minimum Educational Qualification : L.L.B.

Experience : Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in the legal field out of which minimum 5 years experience should be in the banking sector as a Law Officer with practical experience of handling legal matters of different kinds related to recovery, property titles, mortgage deeds, various types of agreements, etc.

Age Limit : Not over 52 years

Vigilance Officers :

Minimum Educational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline with L.L.B., additional qualification in Cyber Law preferred.

Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience out of which minimum 6 years in Vigilance, Audit and Investigation in a banking sector and demonstrated expertise in administrative, legal or technical matters.

Age Limit : Not over 52 years

Branch Managers : (In the cadre of Junior Manager & Senior Manager)

Minimum Educational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline. CAIIB or MBA/PGDBM/CA/ ICWAI/CS/CFA preferred.

Experience : Minimum 10 years banking experience out of which 3 years should be of working as Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager. Should possess knowledge of processing various types of loan proposals and sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point. The selection in the respective cadre will depend on experience of the candidate.

Age Limit : Not over 45 years

Recovery Officers :

Minimum Educational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.

Experience : Minimum 20 years of banking experience out of which minimum 5 years experience should be in Loan Recovery and/or Credit Monitoring in a bank or any financial institution. Should have good knowledge of recovery procedures under relevant Acts.

Age Limit : Not over 60 years

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) :

Minimum Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines preferably Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics or Master’s in Computer Application or M.Sc. in Computer Science from University / Institute recognized by Government of India.

Mandatory : Applicants should possess one of the security certifications like CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) / CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).

Experience : Minimum 8 years experience post qualification in Information Technology of which at least 2 years should be in the domain area of Information Security in Bank or any financial institution.

Age Limit : Above 30 years

Chief Information Technology Officer (CIO) :

Minimum Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines preferably Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics or Master’s in Computer Application or M.Sc. in Computer Science from University / Institute recognized by Government of India.

One of the security certifications like CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) / CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) preferred.

Experience : Minimum 15 years experience post qualification in Information Technology of which at least 3 years should be in the domain area of Information Technology in Bank or any financial institution. Experience of working with banking software – Finacle is a must. He/she should have worked in Banking-IT related areas / projects involving IT Policy & Planning / Financial Networks & Applications / Financial Information Systems (MIS) / Cyber Security Technologies / Payment Technologies, etc out of which minimum 3 years should be at Senior Management Level.

Age Limit : Above 40 years

Senior Banking Professionals : (In the cadre of Chief Manager / AGM)

Minimum Educational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline. CAIIB or MBA/PGDBM/CA/ ICWAI/CS/CFA preferred.

Experience : Minimum 15 years banking experience out of which 5 years should be of working as Branch Manager or Department Head or as Assistant Head for any department like Loan processing, Credit monitoring, Recovery, Audit, Accounts, HR, Treasury, Marketing, Risk, Information Technology, etc. Should possess knowledge of processing various types of loan proposals, should have sound knowledge of related departmental functions as well as MS Word, Excel and Power Point. The selection in the respective cadre will depend on experience of the candidate.

Age Limit : Age not more than 50 years
